The Ambassador Hotel Cooperative Apartments Corp. consists of two residential buildings totaling 100 units and was formed in 1969 when all hotel rental units from The Ambassador Hotel were sold to individual owners.  The Ambassador Hotel name and operation were kept in place to provide special hotel services to resident owners and their guests.

The Main Building, built in 1947, contains 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units as well as hotel rooms and top floor penthouse suites.  The Studio/Lanai Building, built in 1963, contains 28 similarly sized studio apartments with balconies.
